Softwashing is a process where we treat your surface with a biocide to kill off organic growth. Has your render become black, green or red ? Most of the dirt and grime that grows on the surface of your building is actually an organic build up of algae, lichen, fungus and mould making it look old and tired. Pressure washing wont work and painting over will only trap fungus for a short period before it breaks through again. Render, K Rend, cladding and  timber structures can be treated with a biocide wash that will kill off organic growth leaving your surface looking fresh again.
